Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your identifier and email.
• Your projects. The design briefs you enter and the screens we generate are stored so you can return to them.
• Prompts & generations. Briefs and generated output are sent to third-party AI providers to produce your designs.
• Reference images. Any screenshots you upload as references guide your own generation — a color palette and a visual cue for the planner. They are sent to our AI providers and stored at an unguessable URL, never shown in the gallery or to other users.
• Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your plan, credit balance, and Stripe customer identifier — never your card details.
• Usage & diagnostics. We log generation activity and errors to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Your designs stay private

Your projects are tied to your account and visible only to you. We do not publish or showcase your work — the gallery on our site shows only concept apps v-1 generates itself, never customers' projects. A project becomes visible to someone else only if you create a share link and send it; that link opens a read-only view, and you can delete any project at any time.

Processors we use

Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), MongoDB Atlas (storage), and AI model providers (design generation). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

How we use it

To generate your designs, operate your account and billing, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your projects and account data until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are retained as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your projects in the app at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
